We ship United States Priority mail unless otherwise specified.
$5 Flat Rate Shipping within the Continental United States
$6 Flat Rate Shipping to Canada

All other International Destinations:
Non-priority (Standard first class) $6 for 1 item, $10 for 2 or more items
Global Priority $13 for any number of items

Orders for in-stock items usually ship the same week unless a Jewish holiday intervenes. Custom orders may take an additional 2-4 weeks before shipping.

Returns

All head-coverings are returnable in unworn, unwashed, unmodified condition for refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be for the actual price paid (not counting the shipping fee) as either a store credit or a paypal refund. Please email before returning merchandise to arrange the details of your refund or exchange.

Custom head-coverings are subject to a $5 "restocking fee," but are otherwise returnable subject to the same conditions.

Washing Instructions

All fabrics used to make Heavenward Designs hats and snoods have been pre-washed and dried on HOT to ensure that the finished products are machine washable and dry-able, although we do recommend hand-washing snoods or hats with glitter or puffy paint designs, as well as snoods with crocheted overlays.

Additional information

Most Heavenward snoods and hats are one-of-a-kind (or two-of-a-kind) originals. Several "Classic" design/fabric combinations are always in demand, and I will make every attempt to keep these in stock.

I can attempt to duplicate a past design or a current design in a different color upon request, depending on fabric availability.

Fabrics that are available for custom orders are noted as such in the listings.

I do my best to keep the website updated, but I'm only human! In the event that an item you attempt to purchase is out-of-stock, I will contact you to offer you the choice of a substitution or refund.
